1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• Account: The personal gaming account registered by the User on the Platform, accessible via username and password credentials.
• Bet: Any wager placed by the User on sporting events, casino games, or other gaming products offered by pas4dd.
• Bonus: Any promotional offer, free bet, cashback, or reward provided by pas4dd subject to specific terms and wagering requirements.
• Deposit: Funds transferred by the User to their Account balance via approved payment methods including BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri bank transfers, or e-wallets such as OVO, DANA, and GoPay.
• Withdrawal: The process of transferring Account balance funds back to the User's registered bank account or e-wallet.
• Game Provider: Third-party software suppliers including but not limited to Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, Ezugi, and Spribe whose games are integrated into the Platform.
• KYC (Know Your Customer): Verification procedures requiring Users to submit identification documents to confirm identity and comply with anti-money laundering regulations.
• IDR / Rupiah: Indonesian Rupiah, the official currency for all transactions on pas4dd.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age and Residency Requirements

To register and use pas4dd services, you must meet the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Underage gambling is strictly prohibited.
• You must be a resident of Indonesia or located within Indonesian territory at the time of Account registration and use.
• You must not be prohibited from gambling under any applicable laws or regulations in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be self-excluded from gambling services or listed on any gambling exclusion register.

2.2 Account Registration Process

When creating your Account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number.
• Create a unique username and strong password that you will keep confidential.
• Maintain only one Account per person. Multiple Accounts are prohibited and may result in closure of all Accounts and forfeiture of balances.
• Complete KYC verification by submitting valid government-issued identification (KTP, passport, or driver's license) when requested by pas4dd.
• Accept full responsibility for all activity conducted through your Account.

2.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. You must immediately notify pas4dd customer support if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account. pas4dd shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized Account access resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.

3. Deposits and Payment Methods

3.1 Approved Payment Methods

pas4dd accepts deposits through the following Indonesian payment channels:

• Bank Transfers: BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), and Mandiri.
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.

3.2 Deposit Limits and Processing

Minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and Account verification status, typically capped at Rp 100,000,000 per transaction. Deposits are processed instantly during Indonesian banking hours (WIB). Off-hours deposits may experience delays of up to 24 hours depending on the financial institution's processing schedule.

3.3 Deposit Requirements

• All deposits must originate from a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• You may be required to provide proof of payment (bank receipt or transaction screenshot) for verification purposes.
• pas4dd reserves the right to request additional financial documentation to comply with anti-money laundering regulations.

4. Withdrawals

4.1 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed within 5 minutes during Indonesian banking hours (08:00 - 22:00 WIB, Monday through Friday). Withdrawals requested outside banking hours will be processed on the next business day. First-time withdrawals may require up to 24 hours for verification purposes.

4.2 Withdrawal Requirements

• Minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same bank account or e-wallet used for deposits, registered in your own name.
• Your Account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be met before withdrawal approval.
• You may be required to wager at least 1x (one times) your total deposit amount before withdrawal eligibility.

4.3 Withdrawal Fees

pas4dd does not charge withdrawal fees. However, receiving financial institutions (banks or e-wallet providers) may apply their own processing fees, which are beyond our control.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Bonus Terms

All bonuses, promotions, cashback offers, and free bets are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time of the offer. By claiming any bonus, you agree to comply with the applicable wagering requirements, time limits, game restrictions, and maximum bet limits.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, welcome bonuses typically require 30x wagering on the bonus amount, deposit bonuses require 25x wagering, and cashback offers require 1x wagering before withdrawal eligibility. Different game types contribute differently toward wagering requirements: slots contribute 100%, table games contribute 10-20%, and live casino games contribute 10%.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

pas4dd reserves the right to void bonuses, winnings, and Account balances if we detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim bonuses, coordinated betting patterns, arbitrage betting, or any other activity intended to exploit promotional offers.

6. Betting Rules and Game Play

6.1 Sports Betting

All sports bets are subject to the official result as declared by the relevant sports governing body. In the event of match postponement, cancellation, or abandonment, specific settlement rules apply based on the sport and market type. Mix parlay (combination bets) require all selections to win; if any selection is void, the entire bet may be recalculated or voided depending on the specific terms.

6.2 Casino Games

All casino games including slots, live dealer tables (Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack), Teen Patti, Andar Bahar, crash games like Aviator, and togel (lottery) are provided by licensed third-party Game Providers. Game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or live dealers and are final and binding. Return to Player (RTP) percentages are displayed in each game's information section.

6.3 Maximum Bet Limits

Maximum bet limits vary by game type and may be adjusted based on Account history and verification status. Violating maximum bet limits while a bonus is active may result in voiding of the bonus and associated winnings.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate Account suspension, balance forfeiture, and legal action:

• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Operating multiple Accounts or allowing others to access your Account.
• Using the Platform for money laundering or any other illegal purposes.
• Employing automated betting systems, bots, or software to place bets.
• Exploiting software errors or glitches for financial gain.
• Colluding with other players or engaging in fraudulent activity.
• Initiating chargebacks or payment reversals after depositing funds.

9. Account Closure and Suspension

9.1 Voluntary Closure

You may request Account closure at any time by contacting customer support. Any remaining Account balance will be returned to your registered bank account or e-wallet after verification.

9.2 Suspension and Termination by pas4dd

pas4dd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account at our sole discretion if we suspect Terms violations, fraudulent activity, or for any other reason. We will attempt to return any legitimate remaining balance after deducting any amounts owed to pas4dd.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, pas4dd shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, or data arising from your use of the Platform.
• Service interruptions, technical failures, or downtime beyond our reasonable control.
• Errors in game results caused by Game Provider software malfunctions.
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party financial institutions.
• Losses arising from your failure to maintain Account security.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of pas4dd shall not exceed the amount deposited into your Account in the six months preceding the claim.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the pas4dd Website, including but not limited to logos, graphics, text, software, and game interfaces, is the property of pas4dd or our licensors and is protected by Indonesian and international copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without our express written permission.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of pas4dd shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jakarta, Indonesia. We encourage Users to contact our customer support team to resolve disputes amicably before pursuing legal action.

13. Amendments to Terms

pas4dd reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or Platform notification. Continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically.
